Teacher: Grades 6 – 8
My life has been focused on Seventh-day Adventist education and children. I attended Seventh-day Adventist schools from elementary school through graduate school. I have worked with Pathfinders and children’s Sabbath School. I hold a State of Michigan Continuing Teaching License, a Seventh-day Adventist Professional Teaching Certificate, and am a commissioned teacher for the Seventh-day Adventist Church. I have experience teaching Kindergarten through eighth grade, as well as some junior academy subjects.
My husband, Jay, is a certified rehabilitation RN. Our daughter, Emily, is a freshman at Andrews University and is studying nursing. Our son, Chad, is a senior in high school and is interested in computer science.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, walking, cooking, and gardening.
