We believe that a Christian education should be affordable and accessible for all who desire to have one. We have multiple fundraisers throughout the school year to help defray operating expenses, and have recently piloted a tuition-free enrollment option.
Oakwood Academy is thrilled to announce the rolling out of a tuition-free enrollment option! We’re piloting this program, with high hopes of making it a permanent offering if all goes well. In partnership with Oakwood Church and our generous donors, Oakwood Academy is committed to a new model that breaks down financial barriers so that more families in our community can experience the value of an Adventist education.
To participate in the tuition-free program, families are required to meet with our admissions team to discuss the specific requirements and expectations. These include completing 50 hours of community service and accepting terms of an agreement that outlines the behavioral expectations for both parents and students. These expectations include attendance, classroom behavior, and family cooperation with teachers and staff. The agreement is designed to foster a supportive community where everyone contributes to and benefits from a shared commitment to excellence.
