The mission of Oakwood Academy is to partner with parents to disciple students to embrace biblical truth, strive for academic excellence, practice unselfish community service, recognizes the value of diversity and mold Christ-like leadership to influence their homes, churches, and communities for the Lord Jesus Christ.

About Our School

Since 1988, Oakwood Junior Academy has been an important part of the Taylor SDA Church life. The church family realizes the importance of providing Christian education for its children. Oakwood Junior Academy exists to pass our faith and commitment to Jesus to our children, and to teach them to serve the world around them. These tasks are best accomplished when the school, home, and church work together.
